85 family members. As a family-run company, we know the importance of sticking together – and what it brings. Our team of 85 employees in Siegershausen and Bürglen is our backbone. Together, we put all of our heart and soul into our work.
Paul Strähl senior went into business for himself in 1935, laying the foundation for today's Strähl Käse AG. When he built a modern cheese dairy in Siegershausen in 1954, he was one of the few pioneers who believed in the future of new cheese varieties. His self-will proved him right.
