Heat swing - heat utilization for warming the milk

With the heat swing process, we have taken another important step in cooperation with foxtec engineering to ensure sustainable production. Three different energy sources are used to heat the milk:
In the first production phase, the milk is warmed up with the warm water from the heat recovery unit (HRU). After about 2 hours of production, the heat recovery tanks are empty and the heating system is started up to heat the milk further. As soon as whey is available, the heat from the whey can be used as an "energy source" for heating the milk in the third production phase.
At the end of production, the remaining energy from the warm whey still present is transferred to the water in the WRG tanks, thus "recharging" the WRG tanks for the next production.
An ingenious process in which no unnecessary energy is consumed and existing energy can be optimally utilized.
