New pasteurizer

With the purchase of a new pasteurizer, we have invested in the most sustainable energy of all. In that which is not consumed at all.
The new pasteurizer has much larger surfaces and a new design of the recovery compartments. This increases the efficiency compared to the existing plant.
With the previous model, we were able to recover valuable energy from the warm whey. With the new plate-type unit, the hot cream is additionally cooled with the cold raw milk, thus saving further energy.
This means in figures: Approximately 345 MWh of energy or 93 tons of CO2 are saved per year. This is equivalent to about 35,000 liters of crude oil. Another contribution from us to climate protection.
